Sara Dayon is a Family Nurse Practitioner who specializes in hormone therapy and regenerative pain therapies, as well as weight loss and longevity solutions. Before earning her Masters in Nursing with honors, she worked as a Critical Care Nurse for five years, traveling throughout the United States. While caring for these patients, she wanted to be able to help them create a life of health that would help avoid a life of illness. She is a big proponent of well-care and is looking forward to helping patients navigate their wellness journey and provide them with the tools and education to accomplish this. She enjoys treating patients with the latest evidence-based practices and combining these with alternative therapies. She is experienced in regenerative medicine, large joint injections, and medically-managed weight loss, to name a few. In her free time, Sara enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters going camping, being outside, and any other fun activities that come their way. She loves traveling with her family and showing her daughters all that the world has to offer.

Beyond the office walls, I’m a proud “Auntie” (fun auntie), obsessed dog mom, and Disney Vacation Club Member (ask me how many times I have been). I love live music and exploring new places, and will rarely say “no” to a road trip.
